Horrible customer service experience, will never use them again.

Absolutely horrid non-native speaking customer service. I hate having to ask them over and over, what did you say? Sat on hold for a total of 2 1/2 hours because my call kept on getting cut off in mid service and had to keep calling back. (Average wait time after calling back was 30-40 minutes) When dealing with them they are far from apathetic and think that making the customer feel better means reading word from word from a script that says "I'm sorry you had that problem sir but we are unable to help you. Can I try transferring you again?" By the time I called back I had run out of time to cancel what I had done on the last call that got cut off. Was patronized by the customer service, the guy asked me 6 times whether or not I was sure I wanted to do what I said I wanted. Stick with someone who actually cares about customer service, which Travelocity does not. I am willing to pay the extra cash to deal with a company that actually cares about me as a paying customer. I will use Hotwire from now on, at least I get a friendly native English speaker and don't have to sit on hold for more than 2 or 3 minutes if that.
