It always amazes me how spectacular surroundings can turn the simplest of snacks into an almost gourmet dining experience! It never fails!
Wonderful review, Darla. I've yet to visit New Mexico and this is one tram ride I'd love to take.

and a healthy safe one at that..This sounds like a really great adventure...My hubby and I are thinking of doing a road trip this year, not sure what part of the country yet, but if New Mexico is on the agenda you can be sure I will seek this out and of course bring my camera!!!
