My recent purchase from BoatersWorld was by far the worst on-line shopping experience I've ever had. I receive the incorrect order twice. I spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with unprofessional customer service reps who didn't know the products, and no interest in working to satisfy me as the customer. On average, I spent 40 minutes at a time on the phone with reps and the problems were always left unresolved, if I was not disconnected. The CSRs offered absolutely no resolution and were not even apologetic that my order was incorrect twice. This truly was my worse experience and I can say that I've been purchasing products from BoatersWorld for quite sometime and must now rethink that decision, even if I must pay more through other retailers.
