A bad experience typical of these "photo" stores

Butterfly seems more like fly-by-night to me. Although they publish low prices and better-than-average terms (within the group of steep discount stores), I would never have to test them since they did not ship my order anyway.
I found them on line, placed my order on line, received my confirmation on line, and expected to complete my order on line, but they would not fulfill my order unless I submitted to the verbal assault common at other such stores. I received a couple canned emails from the sales rep (Josh), but no personal communication of any kind. He totally ignored my emailed requests for the reasons why my order had not shipped and why a call-in was needed. Online merchants have no reason to verbally confirm your credit card info as long as your card is approved and your shipping address matches your billing address.
After a couple weeks of no response to my emailed inquiries, I simply emailed my order cancellation. (That also got no reply.)
This store also seems strangely like several other of the low-price and hard-sell "photo" stores on line. Often they are not even authorized resellers of some of their brands. There are authorized resellers out there at slightly higher prices (still well below the big box stores) that are not out to pick your pocket.
My advice is to pay a little more for the product and get a lot better terms and service.
