I have the feeling that they must spend their off time padding their ranking after my bad experience. I tried checking out ratings before I ordered but just skimmed the surface. BizRate won't even accept new ratings, so they look really good there. They claim 2 business day shipping which seems reasonable. I ordered over a week ago and am still waiting. When I called and asked what the problem was, they had a problem shipping it to my business address (that took 4 business days for them to ask). Then they still didn't ship it for 2 more days. I'm waiting for it to arrive, but no matter what, I'll never shop here again and I suggest you don't either. I'll be impressed if the product is as advertised, but I'll email again when I get it. Customer service is fairly smart-assed.
