Good old trickery on cash back sales - avoid

While visiting a store during a special sale, I came across an jump drive that was priced pretty low....provided that you were to discount two separate cash-backs.
A few days later I get my drive and still no signs of cash-back.
I call customer service and receive a instruction so long that would probably not fit here. Suffice to say that after you complete this long procedure from hell, then you need to print and mail your cash-back request.
Surely Circuit City is betting on customers not going through the hassle and thus making money on this.I almost gave up since the total cash back value was not worth all the trouble.
I agree with the previous review. One should really avoid web purchases and stick with going to the stores.Alternatively they could change the web site to crook-city.com
