Where should I start? Well first off, their phone plans do not include any night minutes. At first I didn't think that would be a big deal, but I was very wrong.
As far as billing and customer service, MCI is terrible. First I don't get bills for two months, then after numerous calls to their customer service people, I end up getting a bill with three months added up in one statement. To make matters worse, I am getting billed three months back. In June I am paying for a bill from March/April!
Their plans are like all the rest of the cell phone plans out there, only they are considerably stingier with their "free minutes". And if you go over the allotted time?? Well be prepared to pay .99 cents per minute!!! Needless to say I have had bills that have been up to $300.00 for a month of service.
As far as quality, well within my first week of being connected with them, my phone would not receive or send calls. After again calling their customer service people I find out they are having "satellite problems" and that my service should be restore soon. This happened three more times, where my cell phone would not receive any signal other the roaming signals for periods of three to six hours.
All I have to say is please try to stay far, far away from this service as you possibly can.
