Pros:Cheap, good overall quality for the money, small footprint, attractive, usb option built-in
Cons:3 colors are in one cartridge - must replace all to replace one.
The Bottom Line: Great value for the money
I must say, I paid only $39 for this at Fry's Electronics and I've seen it elsewhere for $49. For 50 bucks, this printer is an excellent value. The print quality is good, the overall quality of the printer is great and it setup easily. It even had a jack for USB in addition to the parallel connection (although no USB cable was included). The only downside I could find was the fact that it only has two ink cartridges, once for color, one for black. The more expensive Canon inkjets have a separate cartridge for each color. If you need better quality printing, spend another 100 bucks. If you need simple and cheap, this is your printer.
