Governor Throws Baby out with Bath Water.

The Bottom Line Governor Bleeding Heart Limp Dick strikes again and allows 167 of the worst people on earth to live.
Here in Illinois the bleeding hearts struck again with great vengeance. As you may have read, Illinois’ departing Governor Ryan decided that the 167 most heinous filthy violent criminals should not be executed as scheduled. Why? Because this big old goof feels the system is flawed, he feels there is no way to be 100 percent certain of the guilt of all 167 prisoners.
Under this backwards reasoning we should probably empty all of the jails; we should let every single prisoner free. Even though these criminals have been convicted by our “flawed system” there is a one percent chance that they are innocent and why should our civilized society allow an innocent man to rot in a prison cell?
After we free some of these criminals, I suggest we move the most violent to live in Governor Ryan’s neighborhood.
Maybe then he will have a chance to feel the same pain that the families of these victims have felt. Maybe Mr. Ryan will wake up one morning and find his daughter brutally raped and murdered or maybe he will come home to find his wife dead, killed for what ever change she happened to be carrying at the time.
If this did happen to this big gump Governor of Illinois do you think he would be as eager to let such filth live. Do you think he would be happy to allow the killer of his son or daughter to lounge around a prison cell listening to music, watching television, laughing, breathing, reading, exercising, painting, eating, sleeping and masturbating?
The answer is NO; Governor Ryan has no idea how it feels to have a loved one murdered, that much is obvious.
Because if Mr. Ryan had a clue how much suffering these people have caused, he would take a week or two to evaluate each individual case. He would hand pick several, half or even 75 percent of these death row inmates and cancel their execution dates. But since he has not felt the extreme loss of losing a loved one to violence, he decided to urinate over the opened wounds of the families of all of these victims by issuing a blanket commutation to every man and woman on Death Row in Illinois.
I understand how great it could be to save someone from being executed and I don't think we should execute any human being if there is the slightest chance of this person being innocent. After all the thought of killing an innocent man or woman is a nightmare and I’m sure the jury that convicted these creatures felt the same way.
Lets take a look at just four of the 167 monsters saved by Gov. Limp Dick.
Feddell Caffey and Jacquelline Williams
These solid citizens wanted a baby so they stabbed to death pregnant Debra Williams in her own home and cut her full-term fetus from her body. To eliminate witnesses they also murdered William’s 10-year old daughter and 7-year old son. Jacqueline Williams and Fedell Caffey have said they want Ryan to spare them from execution. NO problem.
Luther Casteel
Was kicked out of a bar for harassing women, so he went home and shaved his head into a Mohawk, came back with several guns and shot up the place. He killed two people and wounded 16. During his testimony Casteel said “I’m not someone who asks for mercy or pity for my actions” Don’t worry in Illinois you don’t have to ask, we have a big fat poontang for a Governor.
Latasha Pullam A.K.A The Female Gacy
This charming young lady got sexual satisfaction while assaulting a six year old little girl with a shoe polish applicator and a hammer. When she finished she pulverized the girl’s skull with the hammer. Let's hope for prison justice for this baby killer.
Final Words
It is obvious that Gov. Ryan is feeling his age, he believes it is almost time for him to meet his maker. He feels after spending his entire life as a crooked politician it is time to start building his life saving resume. He believes it is time to insure his place in heaven.
This man knew he was saving the lives of the worst people to ever walk this earth. He should have allowed the execution of the most heinous of crimes with the most overwhelming of evidence.
This is far too much for these families to handle, they were promised justice and now it is denied.
P.S. ~ Illinois is starting a new group of over 50 criminals that will be sentenced to death under the new Gov.

of whether one supports the death penalty or not, the fact remains that this gov. is abusing the constitution of his state. It is not the place of the chief executive to legislate. And that's effectively what he's done: temporarily abolished the death penalty.
If he or anyone else wants to do away with capital punishment there are legitimate ways to go about doing it.
As for commuting all the sentences because one may be flawed, the reasoning is irresponsible. It's too bad he was too busy to take his job and the lives of these criminals and their victims' survivors seriously enough to consider each case on its own merits. Jan 14 '03

did a piece this morning on this very subject. The people you and Roeper mentioned are clearly guilty and remorseless. I know that it looks bad that Illinois has pardoned more Death Row inmates (like Rolando Cruz and the Ford Heights 4) than they've executed. Roeper calculated how many years worth of life some of the guilty have taken away, and he came up with a figure of over 3600 years. Yes, there has been plenty of prosecutorial arrogance, but more often, they did their jobs effectively. Thanks for sharing!
