I have a Motorola V120e. I don't know how this phone is related to the V120c, but I have the same problem with choppy calls. I searched for this review to see if anybody else has had the same trouble as myself. The phone is great in every other respect. It is very easy to use and has great battery life. However, I bought the phone to talk on it and when the person on the other end only catches every other word I say, the phone seems pretty much useless to me. I hate it and it's going back to where it came from.
