I feel your pain, and apologize for causing it. I understand that I'm not following the rules in the classic sense of them.
My problem is that I have a hard time ranking films in order. If you asked me for my all-time favorite movie, I probably couldn't do it. Rather, I feel when I do these that it's sort of like two friends having a conversation about films they have enjoyed -- one spurs on another.
I do think about it beforehand. I have movies listed out, I ponder which ones to include, new ones come to mind as I'm writing and sometimes ones I had intended to include don't make it.
My goal is to provide quality choices that are rentable, watchable, buyable, and enjoyable. It may be Cheerios one pick, and Corvettes the next, but that's sort of the point. I'm not listing all the different kinds of Chevrolets on the market, rather, I'm trying to give a sampling from all over the store.
I appreciate the comments, and will keep them in mind in the future.

What does it mean when you list movies that were left off this list? Since there's no real logic of any kind to these lists, why would Billy Madison have been left off this one? And what's the point of listing these movies in any kind of order? IT's like you have a top ten list where #2 is Cheerios and #1 Corvette. What's the basis for comparison? Since these "Best of" lists are subjective, there's no justification for my calling this off topic, I won't bother, but I wish you were doing something more than periodically listing ten random movies that you like.
