Alienware- Worst Customer Service ever!

The Bottom Line Alienware has the worst customer service I ever experienced! I do not know how they stay in business.
Just to make a long story short- Buyer Beware! I will never purchase from Alienware again!
The only way to get good customer service with Alienware is to file a complaint to the www.bbb.org. I learned this from experience. They don't answer emails- don't bother sending them email. They don't have good customer service over the phone- don't try to call, you'll be on hold for at least an hour and get people who can't resolve your issue. Trust me, just cut to the chase and file a complaint. Obviously a lot of people have experienced service horror stories like mine. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with their "customer service" and just complain to the BBB. Hopefully if enough of us complain, MAYBE they will get the point.
