This will be part of my $0.36 write off . My favorite place to shop is Eckerds for makeup . I know if I search with even more patience Than using THE YAHOO! SEARCH ENGINE I will find the mark down box . Which leads me to the next few $0.36 opinions I will be writing .

Cover Girl stackables come in what I know of three different uses . There may be more , but here are what I have found . Lip swirls , All over color , and Shimmer dust .

The cost at Eckerds drug store for these little pots of makeup that you can take the lid off and screw into each other , hence making the stacking effect is $ 3 .79 for differed amounts .

LIP SWIRLS - Consists of a pot with two different colors swirled together . There is no way to keep from mixing them and using the separate colors as separate gloss . They come in 5.2 grams (.18oz ). I bought the colors rootbeer float and plum rum .Rootbeer float is a light maroonish brown swirled with deep brown . There is a sparkle throughout the gloss . The plum is a lighter purple swirled with a deep maroon . These pots neither put out a high gloss and do not really leave a natural color . The color is pretty on and feels sticky when applied . Like it is rather thick for a gloss . They are neither scented or flavored which is a big let down in my book . To tell the truth , they stink and the consistency makes me think they are ancient or something . The over all gloss effect is medium and the durability is medium . Though they do leave a pretty stain when all worn off . RECOMMENDED: for $0.36-yes For $3.79 and tax - no

ALL OVER COLOR- These are still a mystery to me . They are neat , but seem a lot like the gloss all the way down to the smell . The only difference is they are a little thinner . Kinda how I wanted the gloss to turn out . They come in 5.2g ( .18 oz ) pots that stack like the others . I bought the colors dusk ( a deep purple ) , bareblush , ( a medium to deep maroon ) , and petal ( a beautiful pink ice color ) . The dusk turned out to be a waste of my time . If I put it on my lips it looks like I should have starred in FARGO and I even tested some on my knee and then showed it to my husband . He thought I had shut the car door on my leg ! The petal and bareblush are gems . They put a high sheen on my cheeks that I just love . They are sheer and just wonderful . The only problem is since they are what is thought of as a wet makeup they can be tricky to apply and fixing a mistake is impossible without starting fresh . If you usually go natural without base , these are perfect .
RECOMMENDED: maybe . Be careful on your color choice though . I still think the price is a little crazy for makeup that does not sell in a department store .

SHIMMER DUST - I just love these . I bought all of them I could find at the $0.36 cost . They come in 2.0g (0.7 oz ) pot . They are used for that professional shimmer all the models have . I bought the colors gold dust and glow dust . The gold is my favorite , but I baby them both . The pot does have a protective hole in it so you do not loose the entire contents should you knock it over . I like to use these brushed over my eye lids for a doe look or on my cheeks for a healthy natural glow . These are stackable , but you will loose some of your dust if you stack them . RECOMMENDED: Yes ! Even if you have to pay full price this is a really great deal .
