Overall the experience was good. I wasn't able to connect with anyone immediately and I didn't receive a call back for several days, which was a little frustrating. The sling I originally wanted to purchase wasn't available in my size and I wasn't sure why and if it would ever be available in my size again so I chose another colour. The product I received more than made up for the uncertainty. It's a terrific product, made well and looks very stylish.
