Calling All Souls! It's A Write-off, Party And Lovefest~

The Bottom Line Building community spirit through write-offs are a good thing!
Wonderful news! I've finished recording the audiobook version of my fantasy novel Eden In Limbo. I had no idea how I was going to do it without following the traditional studio route and seriously doubted I'd ever pull it off, but after two months and a little computer help from my sweetie, I'm ready to celebrate with a write-off in time for Valentine's Day!
With epinioner DavidMac as my eager beaver Canadian co-host, we've decided on the name "Calling All Souls" with the objective of reflecting in a creative or philosophical way on what comprises a soul mate, which hopefully will be without romantic clichés as David stresses.
To be more specific, we're looking for original perspectives on what soul mates are to you or hope to be. Are they simply lovers or are they best friends? What do you look for in a soul mate? Why? Do soul mates need to believe everything you do, in your religion, philosophy? Can they be your total opposite? Why? That kind of stuff.
Or write a story about soul mates. Or review a media product that talks about soul mates.
This personal effort, whether in story, poem, essay or enriching a review of soul-themed books, movies or music, shall be dedicated to epinioner SurgRN911 who fights for her breath today after shoulder surgery. Lately she has honored us with mostly feel-good music reviews, so reviewing soul music might seem a fitting tribute to her, but I think instead a variety of posts that acknowledge the depth of soul within our world and ourselves would capture best the spirit of this write-off/party/lovefest. If you truly need inspiration, read my posted novel Eden In Limbo before I delete the posts and put summaries up instead.

A Valentine's Day jump-off date is the goal, but Di, SurgRN911, will be recovering for some time, I'm sure, and entries posted throughout February are more than welcome. David and I will list the entries on our profile pages. I'll also be writing more there about my audiobook and how you may purchase it. Give me a little time to think about this. I'll gladly accept any suggestions or advice on that front!
I am quite excited about co-hosting my first write-off and hope many of you will enjoy the variety of challenge we're offering. Of course, more than one post is acceptable and all perspectives of soul mates are, too, unless they are regurgitated drivel, insulting attacks or incoherent rants. Gee, I hope I haven't scared you guys too much! I seriously don't anticipate any such problem with the submissions, though, and look forward to your comments, questions and acceptances.
Now what am I going to say about soul mates, for cryin' out loud?! Hahaha!
