I just needed a place to complain since Dell doesn't listen. Orders back ordered, said it was in stock, 4 phone calls, 3 e-mails, 3 online chats, and they still screw it up. Ordered camera(in stock) they couldn't send(not really in stock), cancelled three times and they send two, one of which was a different more expensive model. Then I have to take more time to return it!! Service and support just want to get you off the phone.I have ordered in the past, but now they have lost a customer.
