They bite when it comes to online ordering

For several years now I have been packing home toys from this outfit and no doubt about it they can be cheap. I even shrugged off the occasional 1st time use breakage of some hand tools because they were too cheap to bother returning. However, a warning to those who might get over enthusiastic and sign up for their sale notices, LOWER your expectations.
They will not have most of those items when you go in. You are better off playing Where's Waldo blindfolded than trying to look up the items and get there before the coupons expire ( a real pain). Having said all that I thought perhaps it would be easier to order online from them. They sent me an email today estimating parts delivery for the missing items in my shipment of April for an order placed in early December.
Mind you this was for a job I contracted to do for someone else. Now the other item that was ordered has missed it's "back order" ship date. All I can say is that there are no savings at any price when they do business this way.I am up a creek without a paddle as a result, I will not be looking for said paddle in their online catalog.
