The reps are very nice but as a first time customer I didn't have a good experience. I ordered an item and a few hours later I decided that I didn't want it so I called to cancel the order. The rep confirmed this cancellation. A couple of days later, I received an email saying that the item was shipped! I called back and they told me that I should send the item back as soon as I get it. To make long story short, it's been over three weeks since I returned the item and I STILL did not receive a credit. I called and they didn't give me much details and I emailed but didn't get much help either. In one of my emails I wrote that I didn't have a tracking number (they asked for this previously) because I threw it away after I found out that the item was delivered. I get an email back from a rep and she asks me for a tracking number AGAIN. I felt that she didn't read my email or she was just retarded. Anyway, Bluefly seems like a good store but it's too bad they left a bad taste in my mouth. I never had a return process take this long. They try to blame it on my Credit card but I've shopped with this credit card and the process never took this freaking long!!!!!
