Sprint PCS is one of the largest and fastest growing cellphone companies in the country. They have grown however at the expense of service. Their coverage maps are simply false and the user experiences an amazing amount of dropped calls and dead zones right in the middle of where there is supposed to be coverage. Then you will spend 20 minutes waiting for their customer service line and then receive crappy service. I have been with Sprint for six months and signing up with them has been one of the worst consumer decisions I have ever made! Please take my advice and go with someone else.
