Very poor, I will not buy from them again!

Music 123 is an on line and catalog music store that offers a wide array of musical instruments and accessories. The prices are well in line with the many others and most of the time offer a very good deal when it comes to price.
My first order from them was for an item that exceeded there minimum price for free shipping and I received that item in a timely fashion. The same goes for my second item. However, In August of 2006 I tried to take advantage of a Music 123 promo of free shipping with no minimum order. The two items were a small piano music box and a guitar pic holder that fits on a microphone stand. After about a month of seeing these on back order status I contacted music 123 by email and phone and received very little help or info. After another month I started emailing them a couple times a month with very little response. In early January I received the music box and it showed "order complete". I fired off another fiery email (early Jan) asking if I was ever going to get the second part of my order. I did not hear a word until January 24th, 5 months to the day of my original order date saying it was shipped.
This I can tell you. Good prices or not I do not trust any more of their "free shipping" promos. After all, the only time I had a problem was when they were free shipping items under their regular free shipping price. Also, when it comes to customer service and contact they get an F-.
I will not shop with them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Frankly, I was not surprised to find out they are in bankruptcy proceedings right now.
I would strongly recommend anyone to shop only with merchants that have strong reviews on customer service and honesty.
