Absolutely horrible!! I will never order from them again!

December 1, 2006, I placed an order with B&P for Christmas gifts. One came with personalization--which I didn't want.
December 5th my credit card was charged.
Days before Christmas, they had not arrived. I called and couldn't get through for days. I emailed them on 12/19.
December 21st I got through. When asked why I hadn't received my items, they said it was because I asked for personalization, but all the personalizations had been completed and would be sent out the next day by Overnight mail.
Christmas and New Year's came and went.
January 8, I sent another email detailing my displeasure. Not one word of their reply addressed the issues I brought up.
They said my order shipped on 12/29 via Standard Mail and said I'd get it in three WEEKS! If I didn't receive it by 1/31, I could call for a replacement.
On January 24th I got it. They didn't send it on 12/29 but 1/3, not Standard Mail but Parcel Post!
There was a letter apologizing because their engraving machine broke down. They weren't able to engrave my items! They'd do the engraving once their machine was fixed!
I'll never order from them again.
