Great mouse for people with medium/small hands. Extremely accurate mechanism (same as the one in the G5) on the inside but 'old' Logitech design on the outside.
Fits both right and left handed.
I was looking for a laser mouse for a long time. I've tried the Copperhead and the G5 but was not happy. Both were great performers but were not comfortable for me. The G3 is perfect for me. I rest my thumb and pinkie on the desk and hold the mouse with my fingers only.
There is a 'back' button which is located in a perfect location. raise the thumb a little and you get to the bottom. there is also a button on the other side of the mouse ('back' for lefties) which is really hard to use.
The mouse plastic has great grip and there is an option to control precision level on the fly using a button on the mouse.
