What the hell is a "pompetous?" This has irked me since I was in junior high. No one has yet to give an answer. Is it just a phony word?

I still love your ambition about this list. Of course I have to disagree on a few things. First, I hate Interstate Love Song. Always have, probably always will (strange coming from a massive STP fan, eh?). Also, I adore Head Like A Hole. Would rank that in my top 20. Then again, you're trying to do an actual top 100. Not just Matt's favorite songs...
Nice job as usual. I'm definitely enjoying this!

...is a bloody amazing guitar solo and I wish I had the skill to play that kind of a guitar solo and I agree with The Joker as well. That song is just such a cool song! The line, "some people call me Maurice" never fails to get me.
