Paynet systems warning!!!

Pros:NONE!!!!
Cons:customer service is very poor, this dishonest company is only after your money!
The Bottom Line: Don't go with this company, even if it saves you money it is not worth your time, and we all know in business that time is money.
I have been with paynet for about three months now. Unfortunatly I learned very quickly that the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! It took 2 weeks of calling and emailing to get them to program my terminal, which they did over the phone and it only took 20 minutes! Their phone number is automated and it hangs up on you. You cannot get a person on the phone! I have left them several messages, none of which have been replied to. The guy who signed me up, Dick chandler, doesn't respond to my emails or phone calls. A few other people I have talked to were totally rude and unhelpful. I am still waiting on a refund I was supposed to recieve 2 months ago because they overcharged me. Also they lied about how much it costs per month. I signed an agreement that stated it was $8 per month, but i am charged $23 a month. They will not respond to me about that of coarse. The only reason I stay with them is because I bought a terminal and no other company will use that terminal for small businesses. But I can guarantee you I won't be with them much longer. It is not worth the hassle. I have been brought to tears a couple of times by them because it is so stressful to get any help at all.
