I placed an order 1/25 for express shipment which they assured me would be delivered by 1/31. I called them 2/2, shipment was on hold. I was grilled with a number of innocuous questions about where I had lived and how old my daughter was. Since I have dealt with them for years without any problems, I asked to talk with a supervisor and the cheeky person I spoke to said she WAS the supervisor! After that, she told me my EXPRESS shipment would be delivered by 2/9--7 days is express? It was a bad experience and I doubt that I will ever shop there again.
