I have received my brand new Athlon 1.2 GHz, 60 GB. Hard Drive, 256 RAM, 19" Monitor, 12x CD-RW, 16x DVD for just $1600 USD. I'm sure that many of you are thinking that i'm some crazy freak, but I'm telling you the truth. I got this great price because Gateway has a nice deal where they will beat any competitors price. When I heard this myself I went right away to some stores like Sam's Club, Best Buy, Circuit City, and looked for some good HP that is very cheap. Finally, I found a similar PC like the one I have right now for the same price. Then, I went to Gateway's Website and showed them the deal over Sam's Clubs website. When they saw the great deal they built me the same system with some additional things for no additional cost. They added me some nice speakers, which include a Subwoofer, a great 64 MB ATI Radeon VE, a 12x CD-RW instead of a 8x, and a very nice 19" Flat Screen Monitor for no extra charge.
When I first received the new system everything was included like it was supposed to be. The computer works great and I haven't had a single problem with it yet. The only bad thing about Gateway that I know of is that their Tech Support isn't all that good. This is not a fact however, these are only some rummors that I heard by a couple of Gateway Users.
