Aromaleigh is my favorite place on the net to buy minerals.
They've got it all: good prices, great products, excellent selection, superb website, wonderful deals, fast shipping, good service and various forms of customer interaction and support that goes above and beyond what I get from other companies.
My favorite product line is the Rocks line. I learned about this line from my favorite magazine, BUST magazine. This is a line of minerals with an alternative outlook. The colors are more intense, bright, sparkly, interesting, in your face, dramatic- you get the picture? They've got pizazz. That's what I like. Other mineral companies don't dare to venture into this intense color territory. But if I want to have the natural look, they've got that too. And they've got really beautiful and unique colors made from all natural colors as well.
The website is really a beautiful place to shop. Aromaleigh is a small company that is woman owned and run by just a few people, but gives the impression of a much larger organization. There are customer reviews of each product that are very helpful. I also like the email a friend feature because I like to share stuff with my friends if I think it's cool.
Aromaleigh donates a percentage of sales to Heifer international. I like to support companies that give back. It's hard enough to make ends meet when you're a small business (I've run my own business at one point or another and never had the money to give anything back for donating) so I think it's really cool that Aromaleigh does donate to a good cause. Kudos to these girls for doing this.
I've placed two orders. Both arrived quickly, accurate, beautifully packed in tissue paper with a sticker, a thank you written on the invoice. The free samples are awesome way to try new colors. I've gotten good communication every step of the way with my order. Confirmation after placing order. Shopping notification when order shipped. Follow-up email a few weeks after order shipped to make sure everything was cool and to fill out a shopping survey to express concerns or give feedback.
I have no complaints, but I feel like if I did they would be handled with concern and that if I had questions or concerns with products I could email or go to the customer forum and ask about it.
I recommend this line of products and I love the bright colors!
