and I'll have to check out some of the sites that you named. I have two young children and I find that when we go shopping (especially around the holidays) we tend to spend lots of money at the mall on unneeded items. We spend money on snacks, games, and sometimes gifts that we wouldn't have normally bought had they not been with me. This is not including the gas money and lunch and perhaps dinner out. I'm a big Ebay spender because you can get whatever you want at the price you want (well, close to the price sometimes). Nice review!

If you sign up at PayPal.com and fund your account with some money and become a premier member in about 60 days they will offer you a PayPal Debit card (this is not a credit card, and don't get suckered, because they DO offer a PayPal Visa with horrible terms), Once you've gotten this card and become PayPal preferred you will earn 1.5% cash back (when the purchase becomes final in 1-5 days) on all purchases with the debit card that draws from your PayPal balance (which can be used anywhere Visa is accepted). On top of this, the money in your PayPal account can earn interest (credited monthly) if you agree to the Money Market Fund terms.
The whole process to get the card and get the extra savings sounds difficult, but it really isn't and then you get a 1.5% discount even from stores that DON'T offer discounts. ;-)
