There's noting wrong with venting about purchases, especially ones that don't go smoothly. If you want to bump this up to a H or VH rating you may want to add a little more detail to your review. What does the site sell? What payment option did you use? What's their return or cancellation policy?
It will also be a huge help if you can come back and update this to let everyone know how it turns out. In any event, feel free to email me so I can stop back and change my rating if you decide to add anything to this.
