Pros: If you should need financing, Gateway offers a relative easy financing plan.
Cons: Functioning of equipment is hit or miss.

An onsite tech is despatched to only install defective hardware.They are contracted to do so.
You will be responsible to reinstall Windows and your programs.
I would strongly suggest you back up your settings programs and whatever is important data to you.
A second harddrive is a cheap way to do it as IS A CD BURNER.
I realize that you were not aware of Gateways policy.Dell has the same.I am positive that ALL computer manufactuers have the same policy.
Onsite service is an expensive propsition for the computer vendor.I was told and I do not doubt it that it costs an average tech call $200 to install your hardware.
One word of advice back up your data....
