I've always used Dell computers anyway, from the year 1986. So my opinion might be slightly biased, ha, ha, ha. I recently upgraded my Dell computer and I've gotta tell you, its been one of the best experiences in my life. My new computers is like a best friend. I can talk to it, yell at it and not have him answer me back! After ordering my computer I received it within a week, I opened it right away. Everything that was supposed to be in the boxes were there. Also to make it easier to set up they color coded the cables to match those on the back of the hard-drive. It took a matter of minutes to have it up and running. I also got six free months of internet service with my purchase, which also took a matter of five minutes to set up. I have all the latest programs already installed on the computer and still have a great amount of free memory (more than 75%). The computer boots up real fast, actually everything is much faster. I can now copy CD's, which is a feature the old computers never used to have, unless you purchased CD burner and attached it to your hard drive. I think this computer is very upgradeable. Absolutely anyone and everyone should have one of these computers. Students, Grandparents, Business Owners, Schools and I could go on and on and on... Also for those who have no computer schools it has tutorials on how to use it. Good luck!
