Ok, so I thought I would try my hand at an online store review, something I have never done before.
My latest thing I have been milling over buying is another air purifier. I tried to get by with a cheap-o excuse for one, and now it seems like I am just $40 in the hole and still needing an air purifier. I decided to break down and get an Ionic Breeze, and I decided to get it from The Sharper Image, because by using my Ebates account I could get a little money back on the $130 air filter I was about to purchase.
So, I went to www.sharperimage.com. The site has a black and white motif, and I’d say rather electronic-y looking. There are several categories listed at the top where you can click to go to certain areas of the site and are done in blue, they are:

These all have little drop down menus that will pop down when you put your pointer on certain ones. Since I was shopping for an air purifier, I went to Home & Clean Air and then selected air purifiers and air cleaners from the pop down menu.
Then, I was taken to another page where lists of air purifiers are listed. Matter of fact, there were 3 pages of them. I noticed there I could select to view them by top rated, prices high to low, and prices low to high. I took the low to high route. I found what I was looking for and clicked there- then decided to go for it and hit the ‘add to cart’ button.
Since I had never shopped there before, when I was ready to check out, I had to fill out my shipping & billing info. Once I got that done and entered my credit card number, I was done. Shortly there after, I got an email letting me know they got my order. Then, when my order was shipped, I got an email with a UPS tracking number. It really got here fast. I ordered it on Thursday, and it came on Friday- but it came from Little Rock, Arkansas, and since I live in West Tennessee, I chalked that up as the reason why it got here so fast.

So, now you are asking, what kind of stuff does sharperimage.com have to offer? All kinds of cool stuff. Stuff that will have your friends saying, where did you get that? They carry not only air purifiers, massagers, ipod speakers, cameras, automatic soap dispensers, ipod alarm clocks, a lamp with a clock built in it, binoculars, short wave radios, and I happened upon a flashlight that has an opening with a tool kit inside- keeping that in mind for the fellas next holiday season. I am the type person who likes to have cool electronic stuff that no one else has, so this place is just right for me- I mean a lamp with an alarm clock built in- who knew such a thing even existed? There is so much more to offer, I just can’t do the inventory justice.

I’d say the site overall was basic looking, and it provided very nice pictures and information about their products. It was neat to just look around and see what was out there on the site- I found it easy to navigate, and there was a search button also if you needed to use that. It also had specials listed, gift ideas, and had the gift ideas broken down into monetary categories.
So, what did I buy and what was my cost?
I bought an Ionic Breeze Quadra- which was $139.95 + 16.95 shipping, and my fine sales tax rate of 9.75% which was 15.30= $172.20.
I’d highly recommend this place, I will keep them in mind for next holiday season, you would for sure find something that no one else had. I found my shopping experience very satisfying, seems like this place gets your stuff on the road to you on the first thing smoking, so I can’t complain about any of it.
