I do the same thing! It gets especially bad when I'm talking on the phone to a client; I keep pointing to my monitor while I say, "See, it's right there!" At times like that I begin to think that maybe a video phone wouldn't be such a bad idea. Then I look down and realize I'm still in my PJs, and I remember why I love telecommuting so much.

I can wave my hands around while talking. It's really hard to do this when having to actually hold the phone.
