Lied about product performance and they don't seem to care

I purchased a product from them on the 2nd of February and it arrived on the 10th. It wasn't a terribly long wait but it took them two days to ship it. The tracking number they gave me didn't really help. I kept checking the website but the only updates I saw were "package shipped" and "package delivered".
The item didn't work as specified so I emailed them. I received a one-sentence, all-lowercase, unpunctuated message that was of no help at all. I won't even try getting my money back from them. At least the product does some of what they said.
