I shopped for the best price on the Citizen Eco-Drive watch that I was interested in & bacario.com was among the best. The reason that I chose to buy from them is; I have a large wrist & knew that the bracelet would be too small. I e-mailed all of the sites that had the watch to ask about extra links. Bacario responded 1st, I'm still waiting to hear from several others a week later. I was e-mailed by Julie, a customer service rep within 24 hours & she told me that they could order up to 3 additional links at no charge but I would have to place my order over the phone. The other sites which did respond made it sound a like a more involved process, I would first have to order & decide to keep the watch before they would order the extra links, that could take a lot more time. One site told me extra links couldn't be obtained. I called Julie on a Tuesday, ordered the watch & extra links, used the regular free shipping & had the watch on Thursday, 2 days! The extra links were being sent directly from Citizen & they arrived the following Monday. Everything arrived in perfect condition & I was given a tracking number. Wonderful experience, recommend them highly.
