Ordered a flower arrangement for my wife for valentine day and ordered early so I would have a good selection. product pictured was magnificent and beautiful with roses and full of flowers. I even went deluxe to add more flowers and make it better. my wife said thank you for the flowers and brought them home. I looked at them and laughed and asked her where were the flowers I just paid 60 for. she said it was okay they were fine... THEY WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO PICTURE and I WENT DELUXE...... email me for a picture of what I ordered and what I got before you buy from these people. austoah@yahoo.com I called customer service they said they can substitute when flowers are not available. what florist does not have pink roses 3 days before valentines day ????? they said they would call back that day they did not and still no call. will not order again. there are to many other companies to handle flowers that actually care!!!!! they are a big company advertising and then shipping orders to local florists who care less about FTD orders. I could have done better with 3 bundles of flowers at 20 each from our grocery store than what I got from FTD. If you want beautiful flowers for your loved one stay away from FTD..
