Jana, thanks for stopping by and leaving such a nice comment. I know sometimes life holds disappointments even for children, but for me there better be a darn good reason. Like maybe I'm dead or something :)
Honesty is an important trait and all should have it, takes no special skills like downhill skiing, all in the mind set. Again thanks!

That really touched me. Even though it was as simple as taking your children out for pizza-I know how hard the sting is when people do not live up to thier word.
I think that is a very important trait in a person-do what you say! I am glad you pointed it out.

Also, i approve of your stance on keeping promises, especially to children. I also, in my case, approve of the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders for never choosing to make my own promise-keeping difficult. But it's a lovely attitude. And i fix _darn_ good peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches, missy.

Carol, well medical people (docs) do sometimes tell some funny stories about the patients but for the most part they are considerate. My dislike for people talking about others is well known in the work force, so little is said in my presence LOL Someone has to be an advocate.

It is good to know that health care workers really care about their patients; they are more than account numbers. I tried to learn all I could about medicine, and go into it professionally, but, alas, I don't have a good memory. (uh, what's my name?)
Working in law enforcement, cops often joke about their current victim. Hoped drs. didn't.
My surgeon from a couple of years ago, Dr. Sudan, is a sweetie, very kind and empathetic. He diagnosed my rare cancer before the pathologists did, just by my tachy and bradycardia on the OT.

the other ML parks as well. Apparently that will have to wait for the kids to be grown and gone unless I can manage to brainwash the last one. The older two have no interest whatsoever.
Only park besides Shea & Yankee I've been to was Veteran's Stadium in Philly. It was awful. I'll have to check out the new park down there sometime.
