This probably sounds off the wall, but I wanna be you when I grow up! Playing guitar in churches, living somewhere where nothing happens after eight, seeing the world, and plenty of other stuff (some of which I recall from the PearlSoup days).
I’m a dyed-in-the-wool Green Bay Packers fan
And that rocks too :)

I love the term Christian-Under-Construction--which is a great way to make excuses when I slip up and glorify God when I don't!!!
It's great to see you back here again, and I really loved your Getting-To-Know-Mike fact-sheet (I'm trusting that these are "just the facts"--though, in an area of the country famous for fishermen, who knows!?!)!!!
Oh yes! Speaking of fishermen, for some reason, as I read your piece, I could taste clam-chowder and picture Acadia National Park!!!
Anyway, this is so good that I made a print-out of it, and I'm inspired to write my own!!!

I especially liked the part about enjoying classical music as it helped you through a depression. Hmmmm..I am willing to try anything. I prefer Mozart whenever I do listen to classical music. Thanks for sharing!
