I ordered two new phones in October, 2007. They both quit charging within a week and Wirefly told me to call Motorola for warranty. Motorola told me that my phones weren't authorized for use in the United States. I then called Wirefly back and they sent me two new phones. They sent me Fedex call tags to return the old ones, which I did the next day. They keep sending me more call tags (I now have eight) and here it is February, 2007 and they have taken another $113.40 out of my bank account. Don't buy from them!!!
