Bought a year ago and it busted. The down travel is all screwed up. I called sears and they said they would send someone out to look at it for a show up fee of $70. I then had to pay the tech by the hour for labor. Only the parts are covered under warranty. I told them to forget it and tossed the unit. Looking at a Genie or a LiftMaster
