MCI World-Crap

Pros:Absolutely Nothing! Avoid MCI World-Crap like the plague!
Cons:Everything! If you can think of it they'll screw it up!
The Bottom Line: Just Don't Do It! (swoosh!)

MCI World-Crap is the worst cellular provider in the history of mankind on the face of the earth! This is an understatement. Mere words cannot describe the frustration of dealing with the customer non-service reps at MCI World-Crap. Be fully prepared to expect aggravation and headaches as you explain to your grade school educated (oops i take that back as i do not wish to insult the nations many grade school children) MCI World-Crap customer non-service rep that the bill you received two months late has numerous recurring billing errors. Be fully prepared to learn a previously unbeknownst language, which i have termed the Gruntngroan, to communicate with your MCI Worldcrap customer non-service rep. Fear not, however, as the Gruntngroan is basic and simple, consistent with the MCI World-Crap customer non-service rep's level of intelligence. The entire vocabulary of the Gruntngroan consists of three words: "Huh?", "Uhhhhh...", and "Idunno". Finally, be prepared to make many new friends from the MCI World-crap customer non-service department. Because of the frequency of billing errors and general overall stupidity of the World-crap customer non-service department, you will spend hours getting passed around from one clueless MCI World-crap customer non-service rep to another.

Bottom Line: Stay as far away from MCI as possible!

Having tried both Verizon (formerly GTE) and AT&T (formerly Cellular One) i would recommend Verizon (at least in the San Francisco area) because the customer service is better than AT&T and the quality of the connection (much more clear, fewer dropped calls) is much better than AT&T.

Recommended: Yes

Amount Paid (US$): $30/ month
