Horrible, horrible experience after placing my one and only order. Very surprised that a company with this much longevity and name recognition was so incompetent at every step of the way. I placed an internet order on 12/8, confirmed it and then emailed to cancel it right after. My fault - I was trying to order some more running tights that I already had and thought I knew what they were without checking the label. What Danskin had was only leggings, not the tights. Anyway, no response to the email. 12/9, 12/10, 12/11 both emails and phone calls. They simply do not answer their phone during the day. I dealt with them from 12/8 through 1/18 with this horrible situation and at no time did I get anything but voice mail during daytime business hours trying them multiple times during the day over several days at a time. At no time did it take less than three days worth of emails to get a response from them, and I had to put progressively misleading titles on them like "UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE." Because they did end up shipping my item - they didn't "catch" it in time and it shipped. They did send Fedex to pick it up from me, but they told me he would be able to take it without an airbill and he didn't know what they were talking about. I had to have him leave me one and come back the next day. But that's not the end of the story: THEY SHIPPED ME THE ORDER AGAIN. Again endless wasted days of emails and phone calls trying please god to get through to them. I am quite confident in saying after so many attempts over so long a period of time to reach them during business hours that they just literally and by policy do not pick up the phone. Granted I made a mistake in my original order but there was nonexistent customer service to help rectify anything after the fact. There really was not one more thing they could have done wrong. Every piece of this order was botched at every step and by every different person who touched it.
