So excited w/ TechToysforLess. I haven't even received the product yet and was compellet to write a review. I had originally ordered online from Circuit City since there are stores I pass frequently. I found the same camera with the same shipping options for $60.00 less. I canceled the order w/ CC and regreted it. I called them and it will be a week before they can refund my money from my credit card. There were no options that the CS woman could do but to rebook my order, recharge my card and that meant a week w/ twice the money tied up. I decided to hang up order from TTFL and thought I was done. I then checked out their website and saw the A20 Pentax that I really wanted, (I was settling for the A10). I called the toll free # at 9pm pst on this Monday night and Victor helped me. I asked if he could change my order to the A10, his words were, "no problem, I'll take care of that now and send you the updated e-mail." WOW what customer service. I's a sales rep and a little nervous about having my retailers compete w/ online services. I now know why so many people are doing more of their shopping online. Thank you so much for making this a pleasurable experience. I'll definately check you out again for my next purchace.
