I started ordering after seeing the ever-present magazine ad. I like their products but I get annoyed with all the coupons, stickers, flyers and pieces of paper you have to wrestle with in each paper mailing. I consider the regular prices of things prohibitively high and it annoys me to feel like I have to wait until the products I like are at a special price to order them.
They send out so many catalogs with so many different featured products and prices even they can't keep them straight. I have never been able to find a product listed at the same price on their website as in any catalog I had. I got a sale catalog recently and it advertised some special web site to place an order from that particular catalog, not the main site but something like ...sale2.com or something. When I logged onto it, it showed slightly different catalog with different products on some pages and higher prices for others I had wanted. I got frustrated and threw the catalog in the trash because I don't like to call and place orders over the phone and I didn't want to wait for a paper order. That was pretty much the last time I tried to order from them and I'm a little frustrated with them now and probably won't be ordering again anytime soon. I like their products and so I usually do order stuff again, but then I get sick of their gimmicks and difficulty of placing an online order and price discrepancies and throw their mailings in the trash for months or years at a time.
I wish they would just sell their products at a reasonable price and be done with it. They're good products, I don't know why the need for all the gimmicks.
As another reviewer mentioned, they do not seal things that come in large bottles like shampoo, liquid soaps, moisturizers, etc. They do send them loose in the box. Twice I have had a gloopy moisturizer leak all over everything in my box. I mentioned it to them and they sent a replacement, but they didn't fix it - I received another order like that at a later time. That could be solved with just a simple plastic seal around the caps. I've never had a problem with slow delivery.
If you really love a product of theirs, order it in bulk. They are constantly discontinuing products or changing them.
