Pros:I like the little board where they post your progress along with others.
Cons:EXPENSIVE
The Bottom Line: If you WANT to waste money and time this maybe your ideal program.

I am a student in a health professions major, so before I graduated I wanted to loose some weight. I consider myself to be a smart person when detecting BS. But I saw the commercial and they were offering like 50% to loose so many pounds before Christmas. So I went be the center and talked to a counselor. She was so motivational and so easy to talk with that I just knew I had found my weight loss solution. So I told the counselor I wanted to sleep on it. I should have know right then and there that something was wrong because the counselor begin saying things like "the 50% sale may end tonight so I wouldnt wait....". So anyway I went home without enrolling in the program, so the next day while in class this counselor begins calling me on my cell phone just stating how much she cares about my weight loss goals and that I need go ahead and get started. I felt so warm tingly that somebody cared so much about MY weightloss goals so I immediately went by purchased it ($600.00 on my credit card, ouch). It was ok the first couple of visits. But then on my 3rd visit the district manager was there and tried to get me purchase some vitamins for like $200. I told her I wasnt interested but that didnt stop her, she continually pushed me to purchase the vitamins but I stood my ground. It was on my 4th visit that they presented me the LA Lites BS. One of the counselors who I was so fond off got me in her office and for about 45 minutes relentlessly pleaded with me to buy the La Lites. I told her I was a college student without job and that I didnt have $2000.00 to spend on some candybars, so she asked me about my credit cards and I told her no, she asked me whether or not my mom would pay and I said hell no, then she told me about the Care Credit crap..... I didnt give in ya'll. Bottom line, the plan worked for me about the first week but it is kinda hard to stay on at this point of my life. So it may or may not work for you. I just feel I was USED because when I go in now the counselors hardly say anything to me, I am sure it would be different if I were buying the bars. I am gonna try to loose it by doing what works best for me.
