Their level of service should be illegal--- it probably IS

Ordered 2 items pre Christmas. One shipped but arrived late even though I paid the expedited shipping and was assured in advance it would arrive in time. The other never shipped even though the website said it was in stock. When I finally reached a human in customer service they said they had no idea when it would be in stock and since it was also a Christmas gift I cancelled. It took numerous calls to customer service (and they hung up on me mid conversation several times) to receive a promise of a refund to my credit card. Guess what...it took a full 10 weeks for that refund to be credited to my credit card!!! I've shopped online for over 7 years now and have never had such a horrid shopping experience.
