I ride all around Israel on a scooter, and recently began writing "things" in writers corner.
I ALSO "ride around" the Epinions-"world", and on this visit I found your "goodbye letter".

Dear Gloria: I see that I have stumbled in here just after Jan. I am sorry to learn that you not writing any more Epinions. Jan gives good advice about the Omega-3 oil. I've been taking them since I was 30, and if I would stop pounding my head against walls, I'd be in pretty good shape. I hope your husband's condition levels off.
Glad to see you will keep reading and rating, and as far as farewell: "Say, 'au revoir but not good-bye.'" Some guy in an old movie was always saying that.

Oh no, this is sad! I'm happy about your grandson, but I'll miss your wonderful addition to the site. Please please please make sure your husband gets plenty of omega 3 fatty acids, either fresh salmon, quality fish oil capsules, flaxseed oil or milled flaxseed have lots. It's helpful for a lot of things and a regular heartbeat is one.

Your epinion really means a lot to me. Thanks for the accolades. Hope to come back at some point. Right now nothing has really improved and I am swamped with chores that my husband can not help me with at this time. Maybe once we are relocated, he will improve. Take care!

Hey there,
The procedure did not go well for my husband. Nothing really has changed for him. In fact in the middle of the procedure the Drs had to use the paddles to convert him back to a normal rhythm.
After the procedure he went right back into an irregular heart beat. Once home he collapsed on the kitchen floor & I had to rush him back to the hospital with the help of my son-in-law. He was in the hospital for several more days. He will now have to stay in and out of irregular heartbeats for the foreseeable future.
Maybe some new research will improve his health down the line. I am keeping a positive attitude. He has become quite depressed over the lack of improvement. Can't say as I blame him. I try to keep his spirits up as best i can.

Hi Kim,
Since we are so close to the ocean, it doesn't feel that hot in FL where we are. In fact, with the ocean breeze sometimes I feel cold enough to wrap myself up in my towel. People don't believe me, but it is true - even in July & August. I always sit under an umbrella since I am fair skinned. When we go inland it's another story.

Things have not improved for us after my husband's procedure. My husband is getting more depressed about the lack of improvement. Who knows maybe after we retire he may feel better. I hope so.

Hi Margaret,
My husband and I have always wanted to live by the ocean. Somehow personal problems seem small against the expanse of the ocean and beach.
My son and his family as well as my twin sister's family and my older sister are in FL. We already own a condo here that we love. We have been visitors to FL for 18 Years. It is much cheaper to live here than it is to live in Fl.
For all of the above reasons we have decided to make Fl our new home. Both of us are looking ahead rather than behind. We have a whole new family of friends in Fl. We are both excited about the move. Unfortunately the hard work involved is now all on my shoulders but I am up to the challenge.
My husband's health prolems have not improved after his procedure. Things are still status quo. Who knows though, somewhere down the road there may be new procedure to help him. I am keeping a positive attitude.
