The very first thing that comes to my mind when thinking about Reno 911: Miami is that it was a relatively short movie running at about 84 minutes. That's just a little over an hour if you don't count the credits.

Was this movie worth the movie ticket price? Honestly, probably not. It was not a big budget film nor was it long enough in duration. Was it at least entertaining to watch? I'll have to say yes and no.

Some parts were funny, I must admit, but there were also parts that were just "meh." One scene that was just "meh" was near the beginning of the movie when we find our dumb-witted Reno cops trying to catch a chicken...shoot at the chicken and then handcuff the chicken. It was just too ridiculous to comprehend why they would do such a thing...other than simple humor with cheap laughs.

There are two noteworthy parts that were pretty funny. One obvious part is the motel scene involving lots of masturbation. I won't give away more than just that--though that is basically what it was. The other noteworthy scene is the crocodile scene in the pool which I won't give away.

You do not have to have seen the Reno 911 series on Comedy Central to understand the movie. You may not know all their names, however, besides Lt. Jim Dangle, but it's kind of irrelevant. The character's actions and how they look are enough. The plot is simple, if not absurd and unrealistic. The body is often used in their comedy whether if it's looking at a huge butt or seeing the cops take their clothes off to their g-strings. Nudity or the body is the biggest factor in their humor next to their overall dumb behavior.

The movie received an "R" rating for "sexual content, nudity, crude humor, language and drug use". All very accurate. Expect all this in the movie.

This movie is really one of those movies you go see if you have nothing better to do and you want a good laugh. Or you are a Reno 911 fan. Personally I would not pay my 9 bucks if I had to do it all over again but I will say I laughed and enjoyed myself while in the movie theater. If it was a better movie I would have been more inclined to buy popcorn....but I decided not to pay a total of 15 dollars on my movie night for this movie...popcorn being 6 dollars.

Never really watched the series but anyone can enjoy the movie without any prior knowledge of the show or the characters.

I'd rate this movie 2 1/2 stars....but Epinions only have 1-5 stars. I'm going to have to round down to 2 stars.
