Pros: Has a Wrist Rest included. Has all the Bells and Whistles. Programmable.
Cons: Duplicates functions easily accessible with a good mouse.
The Bottom Line: Opinion based on ownership of Logitech Internet Keyboard for months. It's as good as new, should be its rarely if ever used.

| greenspan's Full Review: Logitech Internet Keyboard |
This keyboard has lots of bells and whistles, but I
alwaysforget to use them. I do like the wrist rest that
it comes with. The majority of the buttons are
functionally sound, but since I bought my Microsoft
Mouse with IntelliEye laser activated I find that it is
as easy if not easier to surf using the mouse. The
Logitech Internet Keyboard has a scroll button which
allows you to scroll through the pages on the internet.
The Microsoft mouse does the same thing with it's wheel
located in the middle that doubles as a third button.
===========================================
The internet keyboard has a www button which allows
you to logon to the internet with the touch of a single
button. This feature is nice if you are like me, owning
an older computer like the 300 mhz Pentium II that I
built. However, many of the newer models that are out
on the market today come with a keyboard that
duplicates many of the features that the internet
keyboard offer. Bottom line here: If you planning to
buy a new system hold off and put your monies
toward the new computer. I know that most of the
Hewlet Packard system that I have seen for sale at
Sam's have no need for the Internet Keyboard. I have
not upgraded to a newer faster system as that I have
invested far to much money in tweeking my present
system to ashcan it for speed and a little bigger
storage capacity.
==========================================
If you have a computer desk that has a keyboard shelf
that slides out as do I, you might find that the keyboard
buttons that are associated with the internet are
inconveniently located out of reach due to them being
covered up by the desk itself.
The forward, back, stop, refresh, home, open url, history
and search buttons which are offered on the internet
keyboard all can be easily accessed using the mouse and
Netscape browser.
Overall, I would suggest saving your funds and putting
them toward the purchase of your next system. Upgrade
to a laser mouse (something that many systems have not
begun including as yet). Save the bucks, you really
don't need the bells and whistles. It's your decision,
but after owning one for some time I feel I have wasted
my money and dug in deeper by removing any good
excuses for upgrading to a newer system. I can't report
any bad technical problems with the Internet Keyboard,
however I find that it's usefulness is such that I feel it a
major waste of money that could be redirected toward
other more important needs.
=======================================
IF you need a keyboard this keyboard is fine. If
you need a new computer this keyboard is not
going to be the answer your prayers.
Hope this helps.
