Cons: Poor connection, extremely poor customer service. Bait and switch pricing.

Cricket recently came to our area (Fort Collins, CO) and I just started thinking that I needed to get a Cricket phone. The comments in this review seem very believable and also go along with similar comments in other reviews. I've decided to look elsewhere for my family's First cell phone!
